Help my horn, cruise control, and brake lights do not work. I have a 92
Honda Accord EX with over 200,000 miles. The fuse for the horn/ stop light
keeps blowing. I was told problem could be in steering wheel and need to
know how to pull it to replace part. Any suggestion would help. Any way I
can disconnect the horn so stop lights work?

You might be making use of the wrong type of fuse. I suggest that you
visit a honda dealership and buy the exact type of fuse they sell you. Do
not take them the current fuse that you have installed or the parts person
might just give you a new one that is exactly like the old one that is the
wrong type.

Can you disconnect the horn? I have never tried it. However, if you can
find the horn under the hood--look for any wires leading to it. Disconnect
the wires and place electric tape over the ends of the wires and tape them
down really well with masking tape or electric tape.
