I have a Acura Integra (89) with a 1.4 engine. I'm trying to get the
harmonic balancer bolt off, could someone tell me if its a reg. thrd or a
left hand thrd.

It is a regular thread, however, it takes an extreme amount of torque to
remove them (sometimes in excess of 500 ft/lbs!!!). The dealerships do
have a special tool made for holding the crank still while removing the
bolt. Mac tools also makes a special tool for removing that bolt.
